Exchange Instructions

To exchange your product, first, you need to place a new order. You will be billed for your new order. Then, complete the online return process to generate a Return process through www.crocsaustralia.com.au. You must generate the process within 45 days of your order date. Once we have cleared your return by the terms of our return policy, we will issue your refund.


Step 1:
Place a new order & complete the payment through www.crocsaustralia.com.au.

Step 2:
Select "Order Status" at the top right of the screen. Fill in the Order Number & Billing Last name in the ‘Track Order or Return Items’ section of the page.

Step 3:
Select the shoe that you want to return by checking the box. Select from the list one of the reasons for refund.

Step 4:
Provide the required information on the envelope and mail the shoes back to:
CROCS AUSTRALIA
CLAIMS & RETURNS DEPARTMENT
RMA-(Your order # ending with CAU) and (Your Name)

Return Instructions

**Please Note: Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 2 weeks processing time. Crocs office and retail stores do not accept any returns/exchanges of purchases made online. Kindly adhere to the Exchange/Return instructions to ensure your requests are processed promptly.
