Exchange and Return Instructions
To exchange your product, you will need to generate an Exchange and Return process through www.crocsaustralia.com.au. You must generate the process within 45 days of your order date.
Select "Order Status" at the top right of the screen. Fill in the Order Number & Billing Last name in the ‘Track Order or Return Items’ section of the page.
Select the shoe that you want to return by checking the box. Select from the list one of the reasons for exchange/refund.
1. If it’s for exchange, please indicate the size that you want to change to, in the Comments box.
2. If it’s for refund, please indicate ‘Refund’ in the Comments box.
3. Provide the required information on the envelope and mail the shoes back to:
CLAIMS & RETURNS DEPARTMENT
RMA-(Your order # ending with CAU) and (Your Name)

**Please Note: Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 2 weeks processing time. Crocs office and retail stores do not accept any returns/exchanges of purchases made online. Kindly adhere to the Exchange/Return instructions to ensure your requests are processed promptly.
